A `*.vfx.json` emitter's `role` or `events` break the event rules: an unknown role or event, a child with `spawn` or its own events, more than 4 events, a collision event without `collide`, an `emit` that names no child, a child targeted twice or by no event, or a child too small for its parent's capacity times `count`.
