A foliage recipe value the generator cannot take: a parameter that is not a number or a `[min, max]` pair with min at most max, an unsupported `version`, an `ages` entry outside 0..1, or (from the generator) a parameter the species lacks or one outside its allowed range. The message names the parameter.
